	Halifax Female Bantam/Midget/High School High-Performance Elite Hockey School July 12 – 16 Dartmouth Sportsplex To maximize individual attention, every group will be limited to 24 players and 3 goaltenders. This school is open to higher level female players born between 1993 -1997/ This school is for competitive type players. The schools are not by invitation but we will suggest them to players we think will benefit from them. The school will consist of 3 hours on-ice training each day and one high level off-ice session each day. The school will focus on the basic skills of skating, puckhandling, passing and shooting. In addition, the school is designed to stress the individual fundamental skills and systems-related aspects critical for a player to become an accomplished Defenceman, Forward, or Goaltender. Separate defence, forward and goaltender drills will be conducted for each age group. At times, defencemen, forwards, and goaltenders will work apart and at times together. Off-ice sessions are hockey-specific and add immeasurably to the development of serious players at the elite level. This school will be high intensity with challenging sessions and will feature senior instructors with experience at the Bantam/Midget "AAA" and Junior levels. This school will take high level players to new heights. Bantam/Midget/High School detailed schedule On-ice time: 15 hours Off-ice sessions: one session daily Cost: $390. Goaltenders: $250.
